We have a number of services that is offered to both private and public sector. Please see the service definition for each service below.

Cloud Platform Workload Management (AWS, Azure or GCP)

This service is charged based on the volume of virtual machines on each platform type and service levels.
It includes the service costs associated with Managing, Monitoring, Supporting and Reporting on your:
Ꜿ Virtual Machine (VM)
Ꜿ The Subscription used
Ꜿ The Network the VM resides on
Ꜿ The Storage attached to the VM
Ꜿ The backup requirement for the VM and storage.


This service does not provide any services related to security or patching. They are additional services which can be bolted to the support subscription.


Please refer to our website for detailed information on different levels of support: Standard (9-5) and Enterprise (24/7).


Ꜿ All services have a 60-day lead time for decommissioning process.

Cloud Platform Application Management (Azure, AWS or GCP)


This service is charged based on the number of applications, user count and service levels.


It includes the service costs associated with Managing and Supporting
Ꜿ User management (Create, Modify and Remove)
Ꜿ Application configuration & management
Ꜿ Day to management of the Mailboxes
Ꜿ Branding
This service does not provide any services related to backup, security, migration, monitoring or patching. They are additional services which can be bolted to the support
subscription. Please refer to our website for detailed information on different levels of support: Essential, Standard and Enterprise.


Ꜿ All services have a 60-day lead time for decommissioning process.

Cloud Platform Workload Monitoring (Azure, AWS or GCP)


This service is charged based on the volume of virtual machines on each platform type and service levels.
It includes the service costs associated with Monitoring and Reporting on your:
Ꜿ Virtual Machine (VM)
Ꜿ Network alerts related to the VM
Ꜿ Storage alerts related to the VM
Ꜿ Backup failures (if backup solution is also hosted in the same region or has backup events that we can follow on the VM)
This service does not provide any monitoring services related to security (ProMon), patching or compliance. They are additional services which can be bolted to the support
subscription. Please refer to our website for detailed information on different levels of support: Standard (9-5) and Enterprise (24/7).
